Refund policy

Cancellation

Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be dispatched.

To cancel, please write to our customer support team on support@vauriic.com or call on 011-35583805.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 14 business days after the cancellation request has been accepted and acknowledgement has been sent by VauriiC.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refund will only be considered under the following conditions and the request has to be initiated within 5 working days of the receipt of product-
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
  • Incomplete order – missing products
  •  A maximum amount of 500 will be refunded.
  • Under the certain amount of time period you can raise the return process (Within 10 days of receipt of the product you can ask for refund or return)
  •  Shipping charges of 129 will not be refunded
To initiate the refund kindly contact our customer service on support@vauriic.com; Along with the below mentioned details : An unboxing video and images is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / wrong product, has to be sent. Subject Line- Refund For Order Number. Once a request to return/replace a product has been raised on the above email id, VauriiC, will revert within 7 working days on whether the request has to be accepted for further inspection or not. It is solely at the discretion of Shaleen Naturals Pvt. Ltd. to review the claim or close the query right away. If the request is accepted for further review, our courier partners will come to pick the product, within 5 working days of accepting to review the claim. On receipt of the product, VauriiC will proceed to further investigate the claim and validate the same. After inspection if the request is approved as an eligible return/replacement, then the same would be initiated and all the details would be shared. However, if it is not approved and is found ineligible for return or replacement, then the same item would be sent back to you. Our products contain active natural extracts and ingredients and damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy. This also does not cover repercussions arising out of specific sensitivities towards a product/ ingredient and you are advised to do patch test as cautioned in every product
