Refund policy
Cancellation
Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be dispatched.
To cancel, please write to our customer support team on support@vauriic.com or call on 011-35583805.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 14 business days after the cancellation request has been accepted and acknowledgement has been sent by VauriiC.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Refund will only be considered under the following conditions and the request has to be initiated within 5 working days of the receipt of product-
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
- Incomplete order – missing products
- A maximum amount of 500 will be refunded.
- Under the certain amount of time period you can raise the return process (Within 10 days of receipt of the product you can ask for refund or return)
- Shipping charges of 129 will not be refunded
